How refunds are processed
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Request a refund for the relevant transaction.

After the 30 days
Refunds outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal — you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
